Year 1 enjoyed playing ‘Vegetable Bingo’ as part of their Peter Rabbit themed trip to Thornton Library. They have also been trying one of his favourite vegetables!
Year 5 enjoyed a very exciting trip to Liverpool World Museum this week to learn all about Anglo Saxons and Vikings, fun was had by all.
Today we have been looking at our Vegetable Diaries – we discovered that carrots and peas have been the most frequently eaten so far
The winners of our ‘Fun With Vegetables’ competition have been announced and some of us have been enthusiastically finding out more about Vegetable Of The Week. A great end to another wonderfully ‘vegetable-ey’ week!
We enjoyed making some delicious Butternut Squash Soup in lunch club today.
